Thanks everyone. I have figured out what my system is set up for, now I just need to figure out the admin pass word so I can make changes. Same employee had posession of password, no where to be found. Suggestions?
How can I tell if our voicemail system is using an auto attendant, or if there is a designated extension picking up the calls made to our station after business hours? System was installed awhile ago by an assoicate who is no longer with us, we need his voice off our greeting! Silly, question...
