I cleared the CMOS and reset it. and i'm certain that the keyboard is plugged into the right ports. anything else i can try? has anyone tried BART PE its a Preinstalled Environment, i'm thinking if i can start up from that and then backup the files on my computer then re-install XP. any other...- dsupercool
