I have a main form frmItemDetail (source: tblItem) on which I created a List box (ValveList, which is stored in tblItem.Type). Based on the values in this list, I want to display the form that corresponds to the value I select as a subform in frmItemDetail.

I found out how to select the named range in Excel, but this doesn't allow the user to enter mroe rows (records) in Excel beyond the specified range.
Also, if I set the range in Excel to x number of rows beyond the actual data rows for to capture additional data, this shows up as blank records...
I want to create a linked table from an excel spreadsheet. However, the first few rows (2) are used for header info. Field Names are at row 3 and data starts from row 4 on. How can I tell Access to ignore the first 2 rows and link the rest?
