CPU usage too high
Ok, I am having pretty much the same problem with Windows XP Pro. When I run the task manager, I find that the cpu time is being used anywhere from 28%-100% though it averages out at about 50%. There appear to be no other processes running. I have sat and watched the %cpu by process and...- zoobio

2nd HD (FAT32) not working correctly when added after xp install
It was able to read files under 98. I got it fixed. It turns out that it needed a newer driver for the pci card than what I had. Thanks....- zoobio

2nd HD (FAT32) not working correctly when added after xp install
I upgraded a computer from win98 to xp pro. The computer had two hard drives, one Maxtor 120gig and one WD 80 gig running off of a maxtor ultraata100 pci card. Both worked fine. I backed up all the documents to the 120 gig drive, shutdown, then disconnected it. I then installed xp on the 80...- zoobio
