That worked, sort of, but its not printing the page headers on any of the pages now. :-S
The formatting time isn't really an issue as we print these things once or twice a year.

If the pages are all different you can layout six, three across by two down in the 22 by 22 but you can't use headers or footers , you have to laylay out each one individually. It isn't much better , but it will speed up the printing process some.

I have also noticed this "idiosyncracy". I am also using Access 2000. I print to a variety of HP inkjet and laserjet as well as a Cannon inkjet. I don't think it has anything to do with the printer...?
