Alltel has suggested upgrading to 6.1, which is a free upgrade from them. However, they want almost $900.00 to upgrade the VM to 4.1. If everything goes as planned, we will be switching to a Cisco IP phone solutions in the fall. I am trying not to spend anymore money than needed on this...- mzxi

We have a modular MICS with version 6.0 and VM of 4.0 running. We enabled the PRI services about 3 weeks ago. Since that time, the system will drop about 20 ~ 30 incoming calls per day. The call will drop within the first 30 seconds after it has been answered. No other drops occur. Drops...- mzxi
