Hi, We're about to upgrade from SCC4.2 to SCC5 and Web Client 4 to Web Client 4.5. Does anyone have Web Client 4.5 Server being accessed by desktop PCs running NT4? BT no longer support this but I want to know if it is because it doesn't work or just because MS has stopped supporting NT4...

Can the Not Ready reason codes only be viewed in historical reports? Is there any way to view these in the real time displays?

I've jsut had a look at the thin client and I can't see where it says 'View'. This is the thin web client and when the real time display is up on the screen there are only options to print or export. Any ideas?

No, we're all using the web client, although that gives us other problems with missing data. We should be upgrading to v4.5 of the web client which will apparently iron out the bugs of previous versions.

There was nothing in the logs to indicate a problem and apart from the web client we're not connecting to anything external. We have networked Symposium (3 Symp servers on three sites and 1 network Symp Server). I just thought it may be good prectice to re-boot maybe once a month??

Hi, We're running Symp 4.5 and every now and then the system goes down and requires a manual re-boot. Is there a recommended manual re-boot schedule that would stop the system crashing every couple of months? Thanks
