Outlook 2002 rule stuck
The email is in an Exchange mailbox - not local .pst file. I also forwarded the user the post regarding the .rwz file and he claims there is no such file in the directory described. I will visit and make certain he isn't overlooking it or if it's hidden from him. Thanks for the responses...- russh2112

Outlook 2002 rule stuck
User has Outlook 2002 on XP laptop. Server is SBS 2000. He wanted to remove all emails with attachments from a folder in Outlook, so he created a rule that permanently deleted any incoming email with attachments and applied it to his folder with desired results.
