    Well, I guess his memory is not what it used to be. I tried all the passwords he could remember but it's no go. I'm guessing he had a typo when he entered the password. I'll see if the manufacturer can be any help. Thanks again Doktor...

    We think we have found the problem. I finally got an email from the employee. He thinks he set the MAINT and ADMIN passwords to the same value. I tried resetting the ADMIN password to a different value but it didn't work. I can login with the new ADMIN password but the MAINT password still won't...

    Thanks for the info. We apparently have the ADMIN password but not the MAINT password. I'll have to see what I can do to recover or change the MAINT password. Thanks again.

    We need to change the maintenance user passwords on our VMX-100's. An employee changed the passwords and has since left the company and we have no way to maintain the systems. We do have a password that allows some commands but I can't use the L T command. I need the commands to change...
