    Minor Octel 250 and 350 issues...

    The modem is setup per the directions you have there. Can you direct me as to where to check programing on the Octel side? The 350 is redundant, would you suggest perhaps replacing both supplies in cab 2 if so what is the procedure? As you can probably tell I have no docs. or disk but am working...

    Minor Octel 250 and 350 issues...

    With the modem I get garbage with the first 3 or 4 hits of the return key after that nothing at all. On the 350 the second cabinet has two 5 volt power supplies and neither has a light on it. Thanks Ken FLTEC

    Octel 250 issue; Can't dial into system, it has a brand new Robotics modem that was configured with correct AT commands and 1,4,8 are down(on) Procomm is set vt100 n 8 1. Could modem port be bad? Someone mentioned that one of the ASYNC ports could be configured to be used as modem? Octel 350...
