I don't know if you'd mind going to each machine but a possible solution is to set the task scheduler to run at 1am to a shortcut you create with the following parameters:

It's fixed now. The office manager had a network admin come in after I left work yesterday evening and correctly configured it. I was a little in over my head anyway so I'm glad someone else did it before I caused any damage! But thanks so much for your help!

Try going to the printers properties and then to the advanced tab and make sure "Print directly to the printer" is checked. It'll be slower to print but that should at least work.

Try creating a new string value in the registry:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
directly to the batch file eg:
"C:\runthis.bat"
Also what about trying to create a shortcut to the batch file and using that (the .lnk file) as what's run to start the batch file.
