I am trying to restore a mailbox in exchange 5.5 and it keeps giving me the error access denied. I'm able to backup but can't restore. The account that its using has admin rights on the exchange server. I need some help cause i can't restore it.

i was able to make 2 scopes but the problem i'm getting is that the 2 subnets are haveing problems connecting. i can ping other PC's in the other subnet but it doesn't register in DNS. i want both subnets to be able to talk to each other.
