I have problem on two locations with viewing historical reports.1 location is call pilot 150, 3.1 with CCRS 31.10.31.22 and real time works but historical data window pops up and stays blank forever...

    Hi Guys, I have BCM 1ooo 3.6 software and I am going to upgrade to 4.0 I have loaded all patches and cleared cdr log file but when I do test with pre - check tool I am seeing message FTP SERVER CAN NOT BE STARTED. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you.
