Norton antivirus subscription probelm

Mr. bygeek The Syamntec e-mail order confirmation contains; an order number, date, my name, account number, Product name (NAV 2002 subscription), price... Norton antivirus subscription probelm
I am running NAV from Norton Systemworks 2002. I just paid for a subscription renewal and the definations update won't work. When I run the update it zips through and says everything is up to date. Yet, the update date on the cover page shows a November date. It does not act like it did...- chmoorema
