Phaser 850 Upper Media Tray Error
I checked and only the top hole was covered. It seems to be feeding a sheet from the top tray and jamming in the front cover. When I remove it, the printer warms up and feeds another sheet from the tray and jams it in the same place. I emptied the top tray to avoid the jamming and its asking...- SecurityExpress

Phaser 850 Upper Media Tray Error
Thank you very much marty5261. I have sealed the gap and its now feeding paper through whereas it wasn't before. Unfortunately, it is now jamming every piece of paper that gets fed through. Is this because of how i've fixed it.?- SecurityExpress

Phaser 850 Upper Media Tray Error
My lower tray is currently broken and i'm waiting for someone to come out and fix it. In the meantime i've been using the upper media tray for all my printing. Yesterday it ran out of paper so i took the tray out, inserted more paper and replaced the tray. There is now an error flasking...- SecurityExpress
