    If building A has a block of DID's say 4000-4099 and building B has 4200-4299 You could have the phone compan;y change the address on the block of DID's for building A and solve the problem that way.

    Keep in mind that you will be using all of the facilities in the main PBX unless you drop service into the EPN conncected via DS1C. Also keep in mind that if the circuits that connect the EPN to the main pbx go down then the epn is down as there is nothing to process the calls. The way around...

    You could use T1's and get DS1C cards to make this cabinet an EPN and not a seperate switch that is DCS'd. You can have up to 4 T1's on a single DS1C card.
