Thanx Ikonpro, I have tried to convert the spreadsheet to a tiff file using Photoshop and Photopaint they both seem to only allow me to convert to PSD or CPT...which cannot be placed in PM65. If I insert them as an object, the same problem occurs. Any idea? Cheers

Click at the top right of the colour palette (just below the close icon) on the small arrow to choose New Colour. There you have all the options. Cheers

I cut and Paste-Special (to retain formatting) MSexcel spreadsheets in PM65 documents and resize them to fit the page. When the file is exported to PDF using Acrobat 5, the spreadsheet has a section cut off. Any ideas?

Hi Soccer Mum, I agree with Guitar man re the length of the file name. I had the same problem and it was to do with the length of the pathway to the file. Fr example, try moving the file to the desktop then do the export process. Cheers

Pagemaker has begun to crash each time I attempt to export a booked file to a PDF file. I have reinstalled both PM65 and Acrobat but no improvement. It appears a fiel problem perhaps. Any ideas. Thanx

I have made a hyperlink to jump to the Contents page of a booked publication but can only have it work in the publication where the Contents page is. How do I make the link work from all publications in the book? I intennd to convert the book to a PDF file for use by others later.

I am trying to remove some styles from my style sheet which has become soooooo big it is embarassing. When I try to remove styles directly, the style disappears until the next time I open the file. If I do it through the Define Style soption I get a "Bad Record Index" message. Any ideas
