All of a sudden a forwarded call to a specific ACD DN will not play the announcement or selections from the meridian mail voice services. I can dial the DN and it plays, but forwarding any phone to this DN sends it to voicemail. The set that is primarily used to forward does not have voicemail...
We have two 2250 sets for our main number. One works fine, but the other is stuck in night mode. No buttons work. Changing out the sets did not resolve the issue. Any ideas?

Problem solved. I set the ACD MWC to Yes, but the set that I was testing this change on had voicemail. The set for in room dining does not have voicemail. Once I tried the forward on the set that did not have voicemail it worked. Thanks

Thank you for the suggestions. I tried both of these and I am able to set up the forwarding, however the calls are forwarded to the voicemail of the set that is forwarding. I need the calls to go to the ACD so the caller can make their selection.

Great help thanks. What I ended up doing was setting up the terminal emulation software to display a date on each line printed to the log it creates. The hospitality manual will be very helpful. Thanks again.

We have Meridian Mail and currently our Property management system gets no reply when it tries to update a guests name. Tried resetting PMS link. Tried cold boot of Mermail cabinet. Anything else I can try?

I am trying to set up a phone that when you pick it up it dials an external number. I have tried setting up a phantom extension and creating a hot line to that extension, but I can't seen to get the programming right. Any help would be appreciated.
