I doenloaded the open ldap for windows and just did default install I can use a gui to add users but if i try to search using ldapsearch via command line it throws me an error

im new to 2003. I have the ftp services running and people can go in and see whats in the folders and they can create new folders but if I put something in a folder they cant copy it to there computer does anyone know why?
