I only see inbound calls to phantom ACD-DN on inbound calls CDR record but no ANI. Is there a way to turn ANI on? I checked all the parameters that have been suggested in the past but still not getting ANI. Please help. Here are the progamming for ACD and RDB. Thanks.

Under MPO_DATA I set RCY1 to 6 in CDB and set RCO in the set to 1 but only get 2 rings before is forwarded to DN set in FDN? It still ring 2 times before forwarding even though I set RGNA to either AAR AAR or STD STD.

How can I know who's calling an international number from a multiple appearance extension? If I'm not mistaken, even though it showed the destination number, CDR record could not tell you who's calling since it only show DN but not TN. Is there any other way to find this out?

Thanks for your response telebub. We already set up the emergency log in as you mentioned. But the supervisor would like to do the log out all agents at the same time for the purpose of correct reporting.
I would not think we can do it though.

Agent reported he was logged out by unknown reason. I can not tell whether he was manually logged out himself or by the system from the login logout report. Is there other reports help to pinpoint exactly the cause of logout?

Does anybody know if an agent transfers an external call to a CDN that associated with a script, will that call go to the beginning or the end of the queue? If it goes to the end of the queue, is there a way to bring it up to the beginning.
