yeah if i pull the nvidia card that im trying to install out of the slot i can still boot up. What i was thinking on doing was seeing if i could uninstal the built in video card in the device manager and see if i can instal the card from there. I just recently reformated my computer and put a fresh xp on it but, now my computer will not recogize the video card i have in the slot.
