Oy! Thank you so much for those posts. I thought I was losing my marbles.
Separate fields is too gnarly, and radio buttons is right out as we definitely collect multi-choice data in there. I guess we're stuck with non-alignment for now. OH well.

The weirdest thing is happening. My database is on a server, and we've used Instant Web publishing to put it online. It works great.
EXCEPT...one field is formatted as "checkboxes." On my local copy it's fine. On the web, it's all non-aligned and screwy. I cannot for the life of me...
