    Changing a keyboard character

    I need to change the period in the NUMLOCK area of the keyboard, to a comma, so that when a user hits the period key in the NUMLOCK, it comes as a comma. I only want to do this, to this key and no others. Is there an easy way of doing this? How can you do this? Thanks.

    Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I tried it and it did not resolve the problem. I still get the 'File Download" screen. By the way, I am using IE 5.5.
