Interesting development on this one. It seems that e-mails are getting through, but that the server here is returning an undeliverable report anyway, so presumably it is now trying to route internally, failing, then trying to route externally.
Any ideas how to stop this?
As a result of our company's expansion, we've recently split to two companies on two sites. Two of our domains and three of our accounts have been moved to a new server. The MX records have been altered accordingly, the old accounts have been deleted from our old server and the domains in...
Hi Rudy,
Thanks for the prompt response.
note_id is an auto_increment primary key, it would be the highest value. The date of the product purchase is irrelevant.
I have the following tables (simplified):
Clients
client_id
client_name
Notes
note_id
note_text
note_date
client_id
Products Purchased
purchase_id
product_id
client_id
A client can only exist once in Clients, but may have multiple notes and purchases. I am trying to get a list of clients and...
As far as I know there is no facility for this in IP Office. I Don't know what OS you're running, but I have a script which sbs2003 executes every morning to archive recordings of phone calls. Assuming you're running in a similar environment, this should do the job. It was actually pretty much...
I had the number assigned directly to a DSS key. I've now created a shortcode to dial the number and assigned the shortcode to a DSS key. That seems to work OK.
We've recently rcovered from big problems with our IP Office, which I believe were caused by wider problems on the server. We've got everything back up and running now, but there is still one problem: I've reset everyone's telephone numbers for their speed dial buttons and they now all seem to...
Thanks for all the advice, everybody. GFI faxmaker seems to be the best option for our needs. If I've understood correctly, I need to get a Brooktrout card on the machine that's running Exchange, use that to connect one line to the Avaya digital terminal, configure GFI FaxMaker and IP Office...
At the moment we are receiving faxes on a conventional fax machine.
I've been asked to look into solutions for sending and receiving faxes from Outlook.
We are currently using the latest version of IP Office with IP400 digital terminals. We have Small Business Server 2003 and Exchange 2003...
One of my colleagues is having problems with his Outlook calendar. Every time he types an appointment into the calendar it disappears. Appointments can't be entered from the requester as it won't come up at all. I have checked the permissions, but that doesn't seem to be the problem. He says it...
I've just tried "SELECT * FROM events ORDER BY event_id DESC LIMIT 10" which I think is what you mean, and for some reason it's throwing up "run-time error '3138': syntax error in ORDER BY clause".
I am trying to select the last n records in a database which conform to criteria selected by a user. I gather that there is no "BOTTOM" equivalent to the "SELECT TOP" command. I've tried "SELECT... ORDER BY... LIMIT X,Y" but MySQL doesn't seem to take a second parameter for the LIMIT statement...
Every time I choose save or save and make live in VMPro it freezes up. It's only just started doing this and I can't figure out why. I have exported the call flows and was considering just reinstalling the software. Is there another way round the problem?
