Programatically determine the Number of active calls in CISCO JTAPI
ccmuser i am not exactly sure if you mean perfmon in windows administrative tools.i tried that earlier and the only thing i could come up with there was ActiveCalls and CallsInProgress for the CallManager object.I chceked all Cisco objects and couldn't find anything for CallsInQueue.Please let...- shailesh8

It would also hep if anyone knows a way to get the number of active calls from the Cisco dB tables.I know CDR does not enter information about active calls(GlobalCallIds for active calls do not appear in the CDR table).- shailesh8
