Hey Dplank,
I noticed the lack of responses!
Actually WinRunner is definitly out for us because of the price.
It looks as though we are heading towards E-Tester because we will mostly be doing web testing and the price is a couple of 1000's cheaper.
But at least now there will be two test...
Hey MiGreen,
Butterfingers here. I am in a similar situation. I am in a similar situation only I will also need a tool that handles web testing well.
I am in the middle of evaluating some products, but not finished.
Would you mind sharing what you have seen since June?
Cheers,

Hello All,
I am evaluating different QA Testing packages. I am wondering if any of you have any experience with any other packages and can offer some input.
Specifically I am comparing three packages:
Compuware's TestPartner
Empirix's E-Tester
Mecury's QuickTest Pro
Anyone Have any...
Hello Everyone,
Well I Managed to figure it out thanks to your help. Works great in MS outlook, but I tested in a hotmail account and the pictures were still coming up as attachments...
thanks again,

Dear Mr.Wizywyg
I have it in my grand plan to take over the world. The first step in this plan requires people to recieve my emails in html format.
All those who resist will be rounded up and dealt with in a manner deserving of their disobedience.
Let this be your warning. Switch to HTML...
That possibility has been reviewed and your point is valid.
Perhaps we should intially send intstructions with the first mailing telling users how to change the settings for viewing html pages in MS outlook.
But I digress....If I can't figure the first part out i won't need to worry about...
Hello All,
I wanted to start a company newsletter to email to our Customers. The method the boss selected was via email.
However, I have been trying for some time to create an email in MS outlook that looks like a webpage...you know like all the spammers do!
Every time I try the photos...
Yup!
That got it. Thanks so much for your help...
but on an interesting side note I tried to nest the 4th table (transactions) and it worked!
So right now I have it nested 3 subforms (two of which are nested inside other subforms)
Again,
Thanks for your help
the first scenerio is correct:
Each Contract can have many Orders;
Each Order can have many Lot Numbers;
Each Lot Number can have many Transactions.
Now if this is the case you should go with the Contracts(mainform) --> Orders(nested within Contracts) --> Lot Numbers(nested within Orders)
How...
If I understand your solution correctly I don't understand how I will link lot numbers subform to the orders subform on the main contracts form
If I link the subforms in the manner that you suggest will it not show me all the orders in a specific contract and all the lot numbers in a specific...
But in this situation the main form would be contracts and the first sub form would be orders. I can link those together no problem on a primary or secondary key.
The problem is that the lot numbers will be dependant on the order that you are currently viewing. So in contract 1001 there will...
Each parent can have an unlimited number of children...but on average there are about 30 transactions for each lot number.
Moving the transactions to a different page isn't a big deal since they usually show detail that most users don't need to see.
So the main-->sub-->sub should be ok. Then...
I have 3 or 4 tables with a one to many relationship and I want to show the 3 child tables on the same parent form. The thing is that the information in one subform would be dependant on information in the parent subform.
Here is an outline of the tables shown in their parent-child hierarchy...
I have the following snippet of code in my web pages...
<table border="0" width="75%" height="489">
<td width="100%" align="left" height="685" background="bkglobe.gif" valign="top">
<!--... other...
I have the exact same problem and have searched how and low for an answer.
The problem is posted in one of their technotes at
http://www.macromedia.com/go/15001
Also Holtenwood computing at
www.holtenwood.bc.ca/test/popup.htm
claims to have a solution to the problem, however, I have not...
Hi,
I am creating a web site and decided that it would be best to center it, thus equalizing the white space on both sides of the screen.
unfortuantely it is coming back to haunt me with the positioning of the dropdown menu buttons. The script I have uses absolute positioning and I would...
Hello All,
I have a small network at home on a ethernet network. It was using the TCP/IP protocol. I recently had the cable modem service installed but the technician destroyed the network by changing all the settings. I have tried to reconfigure, all attempts failing.
The only support that...
