Thanks for the response I had them totally remove caller id and the problem seems to have been cleared. We are going to watch it for a couple of days to verify that the caller id was the problem, and then have them try to install the caller id with number only again. Thanks Telecomboy.

The PRI I installed last week was working fine for about a week now it starting to drop calls around 4:30pm to 5:00pm the last to days. The rest of the time the circuit seems to be fine. I have a call in for the provider.

Thanks Merlinman for all the help. It turned out to be the 100 ds1 card put the new one in and was able to add the channels. The system is setup to Hybrid/PBX.
I am having a problem installing the bri channels on a Magix R 4.0 v 7.0. I set up the 100 DS1 board for pri but I can not install the b channels. Am I missing a step or doing something wrong.
I tried to change the 0 to a 1. what I did was change route 9 to 0 remove 1 digit and add 1 to make it 1591. It only rings to the operator as known did. The call never did ring the analog port.
