    I thank each and every one of you for your responses. I think I have my problem figured out. WHEW!! In checking my ASA programing, I found out the setting was on HOLD. I changed the setting to RING and all appears to be working like a charm. Thanks again for all your help.

    Thanks toolman18 Yes, I know the call will be transfered back to ext 10 if the caller doesn't know the extention. That is working fine. Yes, the rooms have system phones....and the DND is not on.

    I have an R3 system with an ASA/DXD card. I have extentions from 11 to 40. My problem is that some of the extentions don't ring when the caller presses in the extention number and others ring back to extention 10 automatically. Any suggestions? Thanks
