I have done this. I put the system in offline mode and in EC4 I FF the ports of mail. I then treid the reload, and according to the Voicemail and PBX the Softkeys have redownloaded, but it is not working.

1) Setup a Voicemail box for each extension
2) Setup a new group, and make the owner of the group 1 of the virtual mailboxes, you will need to do this for each virtual extension.

My customer has a MICS Relase 1 T1. If he adjusts the volume of a set while on a call, when he hangs up the volume is returned back to a standard state. Is there any way to have this volume stay at the increased level?

Viper 222 is right, but if the user does not press 7 right away you will get a short ring on the set before it goes to mail. I think in 8500 series software you can actually setup tranfer to voicemailmail buttons on a DSS console. Check the FP guide to make sure.
