Figured it out. Citrix had me install an MS utility called userdump last week which was supposed to help track down random unresponsiveness on the citrix servers... I uninstalled it and voila!..It fixed the issue... Just FYI

MFPS 3.0 on Win2k3. Cut/Copy and Paste have stopped working from the session clipboard to the local client's clipboard and vice versa. If I make the user a member of the server's local administrative group then it works. Anyone have any idea what can be cauing this? it justs topped working...
