Another suggestion is to see if there is any correlation between the times your CR goes down, and the time they are testing the circuit. One of the problems with telco testing, is that they run a quick circuit test, but in small durations. Most of the time it has nothing to do with YOUR...
Its been a long time, but if memory (whats left of it) serves me right, you would have to log in under the TOOLS menu. At the main screen, type TOOLS and the password should be your standard 'system' password.
You dont say whether you have a straight T1 or PRI circuit(s). If you check your DTA and/or DTI errors, you may be able to find out exactly what is causing your problems, so that should be 1st on your TODO list after bringing the circuit back up.
As GHTROUT stated, most often, issues like this...
The SANDISK's seem to work best. I have been using 64, 512 and 2gigs disks. I have also used the PNY 64 at times, and none seem to have any issues.
Stay away from the EDGE CF's...at least in my case I have no luck with them.
No response is exactly what you want to see.
If there were any numbers (I cant remember if it would be TN's or DN's) in there, those would be unavailable to use. Essentially they are in "LA LA LAND".
Just for giggles, go to LD 21 and prt SRDT.
About 10 years ago, there was a customer that had these same sort of issues, and somehow they had the SRDT code turned on, and as users were misdialing numbers, they were actually putting phones into Relocation mode..
pbxn has the fastest and easiest way to handle this. About the only thing I could add, is to never assume a phone that comes up on the midnight reports is permanently vacant. I enable each phone 1 time, and go back 2 weeks later. If those ports are disabled again, and no one complains (maybe...
ca·hoots (k?-h??ts')
pl.n. Informal
Questionable collaboration; secret partnership:
[Perhaps from French cahute, cabin, from Old French, possibly blend of cabane; see cabin, and hutte; see hut.]

Have you tried looking at the audit trail on the MMail? Any issues in the MMail should show up in the SEER log..
BTW, do you get a bonus or bitten when touching those dinosaurs?
I know tech's who use ACD exclusively, while others use phantoms.
Personally, if its going to be permanent, I'll use ACD with MAXP 1. If its temporary, I'll go with phantoms. But like johnpoole says, its still all driven by licenses.
I've never tried this, but if you have Call Pilot, can you build an application that does a transfer to the phantom, and see if that doesnt work. It might be possible that the SDN would then be passed?
M1north, you were probably seeing all those messages after you pulled the card because the buffer was still processing those errors. I've seen the buffer get so full, the switch INI's because it cant handle them all.
Glad to see you got things squared away.
If you are getting a fast busy, you might be getting that due to your feature code not being set. In my switch, the FFC is 6, so I have to 1st dial the SPRE code, then 6, then the AUTH code..
I guess my question would be, is there a way to dial an AUTH code without having to dial the SPRE-FFC?
[This reply is based on the assumption you are using a "option 11" and not a CS1000E system]
One of the things that johnpoole is trying to find out is whether the TMDI card that has RED lights on it is already programmed in the Option 11 or not. If you know this TMDI card has not been...
If you looked through CDR records at the same date/time stamp of the message, and you are only showing your company CLID, then that is what the PBX saw. I dont think there would be another way to pull the real CLID except possibly contacting telco.
If your company is using CDR for in/out calls...
I dont know if your situation matches what mine was, but I had to change the route going CDP over to another building to the following:
NCNA YES
NCRD YES
TRO YES
If I change TRO back to NO, then I start getting those 5132's again.
