Can I run programs while defragmenting?
OK, I think that this became a lot more complicated than it needed to be.. In Windows 98 the defrag would act just like pmonett explains.. but I believe that while defraging in Windows XP it just skips over the files that are in use. So you can run a successful defrag while you have...- unlimited01

Extra.exe has generated errors.
We have experienced the same thing. We were getting these errors on Win2k and newer machines running EPC 6.5 and 6.7. We have eliminated these by making sure that the Win2k and up machines have My Extra 7.1. Which is now creating some other issues with corrupting one of the sessions that we...- unlimited01

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Tape0.
I have had to do this recently: 1. Goto the "Devices" tab after I insert the tape 2. Right click on the device and do a quick erase. 3. and then go to the Media tab and goto All Media and find the media you just erased and right click and do a move media and move it to Media Set 1...- unlimited01
