    I am having trouble installing Platinum for windows 4.7 on a windows 2000 worksatation. I am recieving an error message pertaining to user.exe. however, if I install NT4.0 and install Platinum then upgrade to window 2000 all works fine. does anyone have any answers for this problem?

    I am using crystal reports version 6.5. what I would like to do is put the path to and file name in the report footer. without have ing to insert a text file and entering it. I do not have the option to insert a special field path and file name is there a formula or another way of doing this...
