    Limit Access to Hidden Account

    You can also set the Inbound and Outbound limits to 0. This will cause the mailbox to be diabled and a message will be sent back to the sender indicating this. Dave ::-)

    It sounds like the search order is set to search the Personal Address list before using the Global Address List or the Contact List. The address in the personal address list was probably created wrong (the user most likely created it using the Microsoft Mail choice rather the the Internet Mail...

    Opening other users folder problem in outlook and exchange 5.5.

    Have you tried rebuilding your rmail profile. Sometimes they get corrupted and I have had to just creat a new one. See if that won't work.
