I found out that the PBX is being backed up to floppies and the MMail backs up to a tape drive but our tape drive is broken. I'm pretty sure there's no USB port to backup to flash. What about connecting a cd-rom?

I got it working by formatting flash again, configure the device interface, gateway, then tftpdnld again. see the instructions I posted above. Thank you

Nortel Option 11c w/ MMail I'm running through the report of all programmed TNB. I see several entries for PHNMDM. I'm pretty sure this is for a phantom modem but why would this be programmed? What would it be used for?
