I'm looking for a way to change the day/night setting remotely? Here's the scenario:
During the day we route a lot of our calls (using IDC) to an ACD for our receptionists to answer for our clients. When the last receptionist leaves for the day they hit the day/night button on our one M2250...
MICA = Meridian Integrated Call Assistant. Its a Nortel product. I think its just called ICA now. Nortel dropped Meridian from a bunch of names (MICA/ICA, MIPCD/ICD, MIRAN/IRA, etc...).

Here's the situation. We have two users with M2616 phones. The PBX is opt11c (or successession 3.0 these days i guess). At present they each have their own extension (very basic setup).
Phone1: 3648
Phone2: 3675
Both phones are also configured to forward to other extensions on busy/no-answer...

When using an ACD how do you setup the call order? Isn't it going to default to Linear instead of round-robin?
I tried setting this up earlier this week and have it screwed somewhere. What I'd really like to do is get all of the available ACD agents phones to ring at once (they would prefer this).
