First off you will want to keep most apps off of the ISA box and while you are at it might as well try to keep as much as possible off of the exchange box. Adding a computer to domain
Maybe it cant locate the DC of the domain. Can you ping the DC? Try a set logonserver from the command prompt and see what that brings. Also do an nslookup to see what dns you are actually hitting if any but network path not found usually reminds me of a gateway or some sort of a resolution type...- Jquin36

What would the steps be in replacing my original DC with a new server?
Transferring the fsmo roles is a piece of cake, simple commands that can be executed from dos prompt and checked immediately. I think you will have a problem with your naming convention thou. Once you name a win2k dc that is pretty much it unless you are willing to go through hell and high water...- Jquin36
