Hi. We are trying to implement some additional information in the INFO field of the NIINI command in a TSW. But when we try we get: <niini:dir=2653,info="Test",name1="John",name2="Doe"; NOT ACCEPTED INFO LICENSE IS NOT AVAILABLE < We have earlier had this problem and I thought it was related...

    conference on a ip phone

I don´t think it have ever worked, or is it a known fault? The pbx i TS 3.2 sp2 but I think we have the same in TSW.s. IPLF R3F. No matter what fw we use for the phones, no difference that I have seen anyhow.

    conference on a ip phone

It is mostly the "little" ones 4422 that has the problem since the bigger has the softkey option for conference. But none of them can use the button 3 to start a conference.

    conference on a ip phone

Hi. I saw an earlier thread (thread806-1455936) regarding making conference on an IPphone using suffix key. Did you get it to work? Regardless of that the configfile say that suffix 3 should be for conference and that the ASPAC.s are correct we can´t get it to work. Any clues?

    free seating

Is it possible to log off a free seating extension remotely? Say that you want to remove a free seating extension currently logged on to a digital phone. If you just do remove it, it will still show as logged on at the digital phone though it is deleted from the system. Tried...

    MNS on IPphone

Hi. Problem: A reception had erarlier two dts.s, 400 & 401. 401 supervised (MDN)400 that was the "main" number. Now they have changed to IPextensions. The problem is that now they have to have MNS since MDN is not supported, and when 401 picks up a call on the MNS it ends up on Acces 1...

    Md Inventory Tool, hardware view

Anybody using it?? We have seen some advantage in it in showing customers how their PBX look in a graphical mode using the hardware view. It seems that there is a lot of flaws in the program. I have written one fault report but it does not seem that Aastra is maintaining it very much, e.g. you...

    cdr dialed number

Hi. Got a question regarding if TSW is displaying the full dialed number in the call logging records or if it is "cut" after 18 digits? And if so can you increase it somehow, tried looking in Alex but can´t find it.

    isdn dual acces

Ok, great to know, but how do you manage to get it in with MML. All I get regardless of ELU28/3 or ELU33 is: MDSH> ksexi:dir=91467,equ=43-1-40-0,itype=22,cat=9,cust=20,acctyp=0; NOT ACCEPTED CONFIG FAULT MDSH>

    isdn dual acces

Hi. Can you use ISDN/DTS dual acces in MX.One TS 3.1? In the command Ksexi the parameter Acctyp is still there like it was in TSW but when trying to do the command you just get -Config fault. This regardless of board either ELU28/3 with free 16 slot behind or ELU33. Could be that Aastra aims...
