Has anyone been able to configure the built in Pocket PC 2003 VPN client to connect to a Netscreen using either IPSec/l2tp or PPTP? I can setup PPTP to a Windows server easy but never tried to a Netscreen.

Home network at 192.168.1.x/24 using Remote Client connecting to DSL router providing NAT/DHCP to the internal network and a public, dynamic ip on the external side. This needs to connect to a Netscreen 5GT with public, static ip on the untrust side and...
go to http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/hardware/netscreen.html look at the very bottom and download the "VPN Client Admin Guide" It has examples/configs of exactly how to do what you need.

The smtp server I am using is not one that I admin nor is it in the Netscreen's trusted network so I can't say if it is recieving any connection attempts. Does the smtp server have to be on the trusted side of the Netscreen or one that I administer for this function to work?

I have 2 5GTs with Screen OS 4.0.0r5.3. I have turned on the alarm notification via email under Config-Report Settings-Email and filled in the values with my smtp server and email address but no luck. Anyone have experience with this feature? I have searched Juniper's site but no luck there...
