Ken...the re-direction number is in the D-Channel message from the Nortel Meridian, that is sent across the PRI connecting the Remote users of the Octel to the other PBX site that has the main Octel server. All the voice mail is Octel and all the PBXs are Nortel.. hope this helps you understand...
