Thanks for the valuable posts gentlemen. Question is for 4meravaya i have a tn2182b card and a 3 carrier pbx. Does this mean that i need to add a tn744d call classifier? is this normal in terms of adding call classifer cards to the pbx? and does anyone know what the ratio to card/port is for...
hi do you have a model number for the call classifier card that i need to input? also can i add a second tone clock card in the purple slot or will that drop the pbx or mess something up? thanks.

hey the queue is 99 deep. The thing is that we have the same amount of traffic everyday but this only happens sometimes. What is the current traffic to tone board, call classifer ports that i need? i currently have a tn2182b tone clock. How do i know if i need additional cards or a call...
thank you for the hints everyone. orypecos you say that i should have the call balanced on the voicemail ports? I'm seeing that only the first 2 channels are ever hit. Is this due to low volume or is it supposed to balance throughout evenly? Also my last channel is "foos" how would you fix...

Hey guys,
i'm new to the voicemail world i have an intuity audix. Wondering what you admins do on a daily basis for quality assurance. Are there any reports and stuff that you can check just to see if all is well apart from the usual alarms and error reports. thanks.
hi 98converter i cannot call the internal extensions directly it gives me a fast busy. I can only make external calls directly without pressing 9 and the number that show is the number that i set on the trunk group to be shown which is a1877 number. Thanks.
