Thanks for the responses:
There is 1 -t7208 works and 7 IP phones not working.
The only light on is the power light -- the hard drive flashes then stops.
Does anyone have a clue how to get into a BCM that the people do not know the user or password (how can I reset it back to...
Hopefully someone has some idea -- I have an enterprise edge (BCM 3.6) that I only have the Power Light on. I have pulled all the cards and network cable and the system still wont come back up. I am thinking the Hard Drive but wanted to get more thoughts.
Thanks
Thanks -- I have a good back up. I was thinking the same thing about the Hard Drive but not positive.
pccal -- This has happened a couple of times and I had to go in and start services each time. The one time I did do a backup when that happened and it does bring it back into service. I see...
I have a BCM400 4.0 and the Voice Mail seems to stop periodically. What happens is the BCM Telephony stays running but the Voice Mail stops -- cannot acces Mail at all. Sometimes (very slim chance) a reboot will fix but most of the time it will not. What I have to do is acutally go in and...
I have changed out the power supply to the BCM and it has been about a week and the system has not rebooted. The System has been in service for 7 years -- the power supply could be getting tired.
Their is no way to stop a user from transfering a call out --- Unless you build a restriction for that user to make no outbound calls but allow 911 and 9911. If the user is transfering out of the mailbox take away outbound transfer in the class of service in voice mail and apply that class os...
I should have mentioned that yes when I took over this system (3.7 Release) it kept taken voice mail out of service and all the lights would blink and after a reboot everything would come back up. When I got their I talked with the customer and that is when they had told me that the MSC Card and...
The system had the MSC card and the BFT replaced -- the Capacitors are Blue before I got involved with this system. I checked the Capacitors before I upgraded them about 2 months ago. The Alarms start out with a 52005 (Critical) -Error reset by Network Management after a few of these it goes to...
I have a BCM400 4.0 software and the System on its own is rebooting. This does not happen all the time but every once in awhile does a reboot out of the blue. Any suggestions or if you have run into this probable please let me know.
Thanks
I was able to Log into the system now -- thanks. I still have the issue of when I try to load a patch or run the pre-check it comes back and tells me that it cannot start the FTP Server. I see that once the system does come back up all the lights on the front of the system Blink. I can log into...
I have attempted to Log in with the ee_admin password and still it came back as access denied. Now when I try to log into the BCM I am now receiving error -- DCOM server is not ready. Thoughts!!! I have never seen this before. Thanks
I attempted to go in the system (CDR folder)as described above and it came back with ACCESS DENIED. I then was able to map a drive to the BCM D: and when I went on the folder it showed me it was empty. I then and mapped the E:DRIVE and removed the files under backup and placed them in a folder...
Good question...I don't have remote access to it, unfortunately. I tested our office CP (configured for CP interface) and the ** works properly. Is there a way to differentiate the interface types by the audible responses? Or is the ** not a feature using NVM interface?
Hello. I have a CP 100 that, when you call the AA from the outside and hit **, instead of requesting your mailbox/password combo, you get "exiting the system Good-bye". Any thoughts?
