I am trying to total up application outage durations in a year to date report. I have the report of applications and the outage durations for each instance that it was down. I cautiously assume I now need to create a running total to display the total duration for each application, but I dont'...
How do I keep the colors from changing in a bar chart every time I run the report. One time the "0 to 5" bar/group is green and the next time I run the report it is blue and so on. Every time I run the report I want the groups to be assigned a specific color.
OK I got that now. I had to use the Advance Button.
Now how do I keep the colors from changing every time I run the report. One time the "0 to 5" is green and the next time it is blue.
Thanks for all you help.
I have a report with two summary groups that roll up into a graph. The graph shows total tickets open per group and breaks down each bar in groups as to how long the tickets have been open in days.
I want to change the order of how the groups are currently displaying. i.e. - Tickets open "0 to...
I am trying to re-use the reports that came with SalesLogix to create additional reports for labels. The best process would be to be able to edit an existing report and just change it to a different label number ex Avery 5160 to a 5663. I have not found any way to do this.
Also Crystal 8.5 does...
Thanks for the step by step, I can be dense.
Answers as follows;
CallLog.RecvdDate = 2001-05-11 (STRING)
Print Date = 5/11/2001 (Field Insert - No Browse)
Date & Time Last Modified = 989,582,208 (NUMBER)
Thanks,
Jeff
From your questions, I think that my attempt at a formula is not correct. I don't have a value set for "days" as that is what I'm trying to calculate. The date formats that the system is providing is as stated above. I may need to go to Crystal 8 to get this to work?
I am using Crystal 7.
The dates in the CallLog.RecvdDate = 2001-05-11
Print Date = 5/11/2001
Date & Time Last Modified = 989,582,208
Is what I have to work with so far.
Thank You for your reply.
Jeff

Whileprintingrecords;
Datevar Open:=Date({CallLog.RecvdDate});
Datevar...
I have a field in a table with multiple entries. I would like to get a count of how many times one particular entry appears in the report. I tried doing a grand total and then limit the count to just "Global Plus" but can't quite figure out what I'm doing wrong.
