I have a customer on an IP Office 406 and running 5.0.8. Has anyone heard of an issue on the embedded voicemail Dial by Name not hearing the prompts. We uploaded the new prompts and when you dial 1 you still get nothing?????
It is fixed, I finally got ahold of the service provider, once they figured who owned the circuit and found there was only 16 channels instead of 23.

On the incoming calls, it shows connected.
On the out bound, I can see when I dial the timer on channel 23 reset from an idle state and start counting, but the channel continues to show idle.

I try changing my PRI channels to line group 5,, I changed from 0 to 5, does the same thing. I defaulted the switch yesterday and still couldn't dial out. I think it is something to do with the provider. But the circuit will work on the old nortel.
