re-initializing voicemail Call Pilot to remove changed IP address back to default
If you start your HyperTerminal and go to FILE - PROPERTIES Under "Connect using", you should see the list of available COM port. when I use my USB to SERIAL adapter, I usually get a COM port 8 or 9 ... depending on which USB port I use on my laptop. Good luck !- Maggoo26

Adding 2nd entry to the directory manually ...
There are 2 users sharing an extension. The problem I have is that we can only find one in the directory. How can I add a second user pointing to an existing extension. thanks !- Maggoo26
