I am, admittedly, not an expert in the Cisco PIX or NATTing by any stretch of the imagination. However, I have programmed my PIX to work correctly on Cox's network which I was successful at, and it worked great. Now, I've changed my ISP to Charter Communicatation and things are not working well...
Hi - this is my first attempt to setup a PIX501 for VPN access and thus far I am failing miserably. I am able to authenticate to the PIX using Cisco's VPN client - however I am not able to access any devices on the internal network. As far as I can tell, the PIX DHCP pool is giving me an...
Yes. I tried disbaling that service and rebooting. When it came back term service and term service manager were both off and still no hibernate option.
I feel foolish asking this., but...
Start->Shutdown doesn't have a hibernate option. Also, there is no Hibernate tab within the Power Options icon in the control panel. I'm running Windows 2000 server sp4 on a pretty new box- Epox 4PCA3+ motherboad so it's gotta be compliant along with ACPI...
I bough two S-ata baracuda drives with the intention of building them on a RAID1 array. Epox says the 4PCA3+ supports raid 0 and 1; however in the raid utility I can only create a RAID0 volume. The S-ATA RIAD controller is Intel's ICH5 chip. Don't have a problem with the highpoint though, just...
I have a highpoint controller that doesn't seem to have any dos drivers. Furthermore the C drive is on the raid controller using raid0.

Thanks
Thanks Rude. I'm using access-lists. Here's how I left it at 3:00am this morning, got too frustrated to continue.

chicocouk, thanks for the reply. i don't really care what IP the router presents itself as when passing through the PIX. However, will that present problems when I try to direct incoming web traffic to their respective web servers since the router would be "sharing" their external IP's? Also...
Folks, I just bought a PIX-501 and not sure how to do what I want. Here's the scenario:
I have two static public IP's: 68.15.xx.250 and 68.15.xx.254.
Behind the PIX (192.168.1.1) I have two websevers...A and B. I also have a wireless router for the other desktops in the network(C). What...
