I have tried all of your suggestions and have had no luck. No matter what I try, the second call never gets voicemail. This is very simple if you are using 2 lines and not Call Wait. I just need it to forward to voicemail from my first line no matter what so busy greeting will work.

I noticed after I posted this that I had removed the CFNA number. I have corrected that and voicemail works for the first caller, but not the waiting caller..
I am trying to turn on call waiting for an IP set instead of having 2 lines. The reason is because with 2 lines the call hunts and then rolls to voicemail, therefore we loose the busy greeting in Callpilot.
