We are having a problem in which users are unable to open Word Perfect files using Internet Explorer, it works fine in netscape just not I.e. and also only some users...

Not quite sure what you mean..but... when you use the Copy feature on a phone.. You need to provide a new Unused TN and a New Unused DN or the copy feature won't work. Every other features are copied over. Make sure if the phone you are copying has other keys assigned to change them to..it will...
