    connecting two calls outgoing

Sorry, I thin I made a typo. If use use 2.1(35) with the correct manager there is a tickbox to enable to connect two outgoing calls together. Jesterock, On index this has always worked as far as I know.

You're right I can only find the setting under manager 3.1(35) not under 3.0(44).

    RInger volume doesn't keep it's value (4602)

Is it really automatically going down or after a merge ? Maybe you could try to change a 4602 with a 4610 to see if it has the same problem. You could also put an SOE in with a couple of analog phones. How many phones are we talking about ?

IPO to Avaya Communication Manager FoIP

I wouldn't use it myself because but there exists since 2.1 something like a "hidden parameter" to enable expermimental faxing between the IPO and CM. I can't remeber what it was but give a call to Avaya.

Use the monitor and log to a file. The monitor output will tell you when there are no more free ports left.

Incoming line to ring at remote IPO hunt group Help!!

Forward this question to Avaya. The more people ask for it the quicker they will implement it (I hope :)).

Outgoing Caller ID to Cellular carrier using Lucent Switch

As far as I know no. We had the same problem wit the INDeX and Avaya always stated that specifying the numbering plan is an optional ISDN requirement and is not required.

Conferencing Center 3.0 PRI bridge to S8500B

Yes, the shortcode is all you need to route the call to the VM Pro. You're right about the conf code, it's the same for everyone. Only the user PIN is different. As far as I know the module only checks against the conf code.

Conferencing Center 3.0 PRI bridge to S8500B

    - Route a number from the S8500 to the IPO. - Create a shortcode with this number which goes to a module on the VM Pro - In the module on the VM Pro add the conference center actions and customize the different results. It's the VM Pro which will check the conference PINs and route the call...

    IP Office v3.x Qos

Copy from the IPO docs: - IP401, IP403 and IP406 (V1): Half duplex. - IP412: Use LAN1 and half duplex. - Small Office Edition and IP406 (V2): Full duplex. - All IP Office LAN ports are 10Mbps/100Mbps auto sensing.

    IP Office v3.x Qos

Correction: The 406 & 412 are half duplex, not full. The only ones that are full duplex are the SOE and if I'm not wrong the 406v2.

    MultiTech MultiVOIP

It depends how you set it up. If you create a user and register the non-Avaya device with the IPO you need a 3th party endpoint license. If you use an IP trunk between the device and the IPO you don't need any license. The multivoip can be configured back-to-back includinf the -AV model. Only...
