Ah so they give me a program that i download and then that runs as a static?
Does that mean i dont have to change my broadband from AOL? Does having my own DNS server confuse the situation slightly or does it not matter?
Would it be best just to change ISP and get a static or does this work...

I have aquired a dell server and a computer with a DNS server software built in to control everything.
